1. Asst Manager / Manager - Sales

Diverse actives related to sales of residential and commercial properties, out right sales actives and handling the sales team Generating sales reports Implementing sales policies and target oriented

Desired candidate profile
Responsible for planning, forecasting and implementation of sales plans Achieving sales targets, lead teams Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients etc. Should possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with stretch capabilities.

Age
30+ yrs

Academic
MBA (Marketing)/ PG in relative field and or 6-8 years of experience of hard core selling.

Experience
Min 3 years of experience of selling and leading a team of sales representatives/executives out of which at least 2 years in the real estate field.

Proficiency
Should be good in communication, particularly Hindi and English other than the local language.

Work location: Hyderabad

2. Sales Executives (2 number)

Desired candidate profile
Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, negotiating terms of agreement with customers , participating in promotional activities , maintaining customer data and  gaining a clear understanding of customer's businesses requirement.

Age
25+ yrs

Academic
MBA(Marketing)/ Graduate from any discipline with 2-4 years of experience of hard core sales.

Experience
Minimum 6 months to 1Year of experience into real estate - selling residential flats.

Proficiency
Should be good in communication, particularly Hindi and English other than the local/regional language.

3. Project Manager

Diverse actives related to sales of residential and commercial properties, out right sales actives and handling the sales team. Generating sales reports and implementing sales policies.

Desired candidate profile
Civil Engineers from a reputed institute with a minimum work experience 15 years out of which 3 to 5 years with high rise buildings (15 floors and above).
Should have a proven track record of leadership qualities.

  • Job Description
  • Responsible for the overall project completion in good quality and on schedule.
  • Prepare & update the Master Construction Schedule & review schedule submitted by the contractor.
  • Coordinate with all agencies/ contractors of the project to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all work as per the required quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain records at site including drawings, quality test certificates, etc.
  • Certification of Contractor's bills.

Work Location: Hyderabad

4. Asst. Manager - Structural works

Diverse actives related to sales of residential and commercial properties, out right sales actives and handling the sales team Generating sales reports and implementing sales policies.

Desired candidate profile
1. Civil Engineers from a reputed institute with a work experience 8-10 years out of
      
which 2 to 3 years should be with high rise buildings.
2. Should have thorough knowledge of the various quality tests conducted at site.

  • Job Description
  • Responsible for all civil structural works.
  • Monitor the day to day activities as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with all agencies like electrical and plumbing and ensure error free and timely completion of work at site.
  • Track schedule with actual dates on weekly basis.
  • Monitor project progress status Vs. scheduled & report to Project Manager.
  • Supervision of construction execution as per drawings & technical specifications.
  • Ensure good quality construction and safe construction practices.
  • Certify the quantities of completed works.
  • Assist the Project Manager during weekly progress reviews.
  • Preparation of weekly progress reports and reviewing of construction program, and assisting the Project Manager during the preparation of reports.
